Can I counter Sue a County Prosecuting attorney for “Revenge Arrest”?
Can I counter Sue a county Prosecuting attorney allowing a Deputy to “Revenge Arrest” me accusing me of false statements. During a call when I called the County Sheriff’s department about our 2 (Father & Son) neighborhood bullies stalking me down & assaulting me.
During the same time I was having the Prosecuting Attorneys office investigated by our State Senators office for not allowing several arrest the County police to perform their duties to serve and protect the innocent.
I was so tired of nothing being done; I told 911 first & the county officer after he & his partner arrived. I did not want another county officer dispatched, that in 20 calls by my good neighbors & I had not been allowed to make a single arrest due to the PA’s mandates.
I then requested from 911 dispatcher for a more qualified and better trained State Police Officer who I had to call out for the same type of incident only a week prior. They told me no State Police were available and had to send a county cop
I could tell by his reaction He was upset for me pointing out the facts. So having him revenge arrest me the PA allowing it came to know shock to me. I even called him out on it when he came to my house to arrest me at 10:30 at night.

He got all nervous when I called him out on it pretty much proved my point.
Even though I had several other County Deputies and their Sergeant admitted they should of been allowed to make arrest on the crimes the two bullies performed against me and several of my good neighbors. (Which totaled over 20 calls made in over the last year to the police. 3 of which I made and the rest by my good neighbors.
But, were given a mandate by the PA not make arrest for what he determined were low priority crimes?
Even though we are all law-abiding tax paying citizen. Who pays my equal share of taxes that funds the PA & county law enforcements pay checks & operating budgets. But the PA would not allow the County law enforcement to provide my good neighbors and my family with their equal share of law enforcement?
On the other hand I did a background check & one of the bullies has a extensive criminal history in a different state with 4 felony convictions and over five years in the State Prison. Apparently the PA & county police failed to perform much of a criminal history report on theses to neighborhood bullies. Which I had request several times for them to due.
I have a large amount of evidence photos, Video’s recordings etc of the neighbor hood bullies braking several written laws. I even have a 911 recording of them making false statements to 911 & the stating I had a deadly weapon during an altercation we had. . All the charges were dropped against me, Due to him lying about I have a deadly weapon. But to our neighbors and m y family were outraged when the PA did not then turn around and charge him for the extremely dangerous false 911 call he made? Talk about unequal justice in this county!!
Regardless Back to the Answer I need answered can I counter-sue the PA for Allowing a Revenge Arrestvous when I called him out on it pretty much proving my point.

No, you can not. No attorney is going to bring a civil suit against the district attorney’s office. That would be career suicide. A prosecutor is an agent of the district attorney.

I fought the law, and the law won. Ever hear that song?

First you have to win in court. If the prosecutor’s office is accusing you of making false statements, then they have to PROVE it!
You don’t need the police to file charges against your father and son buddies. You can go to your local police department and file charges against them yourself. If this indeed happened, you could even get your neighbors to file charges against them also. Although not needed, this will help you prove that you are not filing false statements. However, remember that you are innocent until proven guilty.
Now, provided that you win, it will be your burden of proof to prove that the prosecuter was not acting in good faith. Good Luck.
