but its all suck i get virus from using that ..and very goddamn slow

well mininova.org, torrentz.com etc are all fine IF and only if you find reliable sources. always read the comments and see if other users have experienced problems with the downloads (e.g. bad audio/video quality or virus-y stuff).
also, look out for reputed users (aXXo is pretty reliable-just make sure u don’t get an imposter). here’s a link for you:

btw limewire is pretty unsafe. i would say stick with the torrents!
