I am looking to make a picture into a cartoon picture. (Like the simpsons type of cartoon.)?

downloaded a couple of programs just not what i was hoping for. Looking to make picture into a real cartoon picture.

    I don’t know if this is what your looking for, but I just sent pics via email to a guy in ny. He does caricatures and he drew me what I wanted (groomsmen and I for my wedding this weekend tailgating at LSU) but it can be expensive. gazoo123@aol.com or search caricatures.
